We contract with the following insurers including:

• And perhaps others by the time you call.

We also accept cash for treatment at a rate of $120/hr. Most insurers negotiate a rate of around $160 for the first visit and $125 for followup visits but the exact pricing depends on your individual insurance. We work with a company called Luna for administrative support and billing . If you schedule an appointment with us - Luna staff will reach out to you get your insurance details. You can schedule your appointment with the booking link on the services page of our website or once you are signed up with Luna you can download the Luna Physical Therapy app from your app store and schedule and manage appointments from there.
